  • Does every role have the correct person on board? How do you reliably know this?
  • Does the team have visibility of the company goals? Do they believe in them?

Operations

  • What is each job-role accountable for?
  • Has each role documented their processes?
  • How do you know if the processes are working correctly?
  • How does the team prioritise work?

Customers

  • Does your team agree on what an “ideal customer” looks like?
  • Do you understand your “ideal customer” and their needs?
  • Are you marketing to them effectively?
  • Are you looking after the customer once you have them?
